Kierhan Ellis

I don't like writing about myself, but here we are. I founded Evolve in 2018 with a simple vision to help people local people to imporve their fitness. Two years on, we're now aiming to impact the lives of 100,000 people in South Somerset in the next 5 years! My coaching style very much 'do whatever you can do, to the best of your ability'. I look for small, consistant imporvement from all of our clients.  

Warning: If I ever tell you we have 'just one more' exercise to do, I'm lying. We have at least two 😂

Fiona Bennett (The 'nice' one)

Fiona's the bubbly one. Let's face it, there's only so much sarcasm clients can take in one week. (Kierhan tried to do 'bubbly' for a few weeks, but it didn't work). Fiona's know for high intensity sessions that are sure to get the heart pumping and the lungs burning.  

She's also known for dancing around the room while coaching and apparently, her music is better than everyone elses 🙄
