I had tried going to the gym, running, other PT’s but I never I got the results I was hoping for.  

Since hitting 40 I had found it harder to lose weight and saw the advert for the bootcamp and thought I’d give it go.  

Kierhan is a knowledgable, innovative trainer. It’s hard work but he’s an expert at knowing if you have that little bit more to give. Not one session is the same, each session works on a different area and the group setting makes each session fun. It’s mixed ability sessions so anyone/everyone will fit right in.  

I’m really pleased to say what he does is working. I’m lighter, fitter and happier and can see a real difference every week.  

If you are in rut or want to change your exercise routine up or just want to do something to meet new people - I really can’t recommend Kierhan and his bootcamp enough. I wish I had done it sooner!

I would encourage anyone thinking of signing up to do so!

You need to want to make a change and accept that some weeks you may not change that much.

I now do 45 minutes of Bootcamp 3 times per week and now I work my life around this (rather than give myself excuses as to why I cannot do any exercise).

It has been a journey of discovery for me but I am pleased I took the plunge! Kierhan is a good teacher showing how to do things correctly (and also how we could potentially cheat), his music choice is still a bit suspect but it’s getting better.

It does not matter how fit you are, he aims to help improve and achieve your goals.

I am 59 and I feel great and look forward to another year of Bootcamp.

This year in a milestone one for me as I will hit 60 in August (60 is the new 40 I think?); my daughter Lucy is getting married in June 2020, I am in the process of planning a milestone trip with my husband Steve!
